On a day that’s all about love you’re invited to take some time to consider how much love and care you show to yourself and look at developing tools to support your wellbeing and help you to live your best life Through a range of practices and exercises using various aspects of mindfulness, creativity and gratitude you can start to build a self care toolbox for mind, body and spirit that supports your wellbeing, letting you be there for yourself first and foremost but also for those you care about
This workshop is based on the content of my “self care isn’t selfish” journal and being run for the very first time under the feel good February banner so to reflect the newness and the feel good February vibes it’s being offered to you at £15 (including all materials and light refreshments)
