Embark on magical healing breathwork journey of self discovery & inner exploration using your own breath to connect to deeper parts of yourself. A full mind & body reset using the breath to open your heart ❤️
Healing Breath is a holistic and psychotherapeutic approach to self-care and self-healing which can work on all levels including your physical mental and emotional well-being.
The active breath helps to move internal energy and tap into the natural healing system of the body. It helps to balance the brain and nervous system clear out tension & stuck energy expands insight clarity and intuition. It opens the heart giving a full mind and body reset leaving you feel lighter and relaxed with a deep sense of inner peace.
The Journey:
We will use an active breathing technique called ‘’Conscious Connected Breathwork’’(Everything will be explained how to do the technique what you might experience etc. for approx. 30 mins before we start).
This time is just for you to ‘tune in’ and go on an inner journey. Lying down in a comfortable position on your yoga mat with an eye mask on to help shut out the outside world for a while.
I will gently guide and encourage you through the whole session starting with a grounding meditation/visualisation and then moving into the active breathing. It will be accompanied by carefully chosen music tracks and guidance to help you go deeper into your own subconscious and inner world.
We then move into the Integration Phase a beautiful meditative and blissful state of higher awareness and presence where you can just relax and enjoy the sensations and energy that you have created with a quietened mind and an enlightened sense of self.
All by using the power of your own breath. You are your own healer!
