There is so much misinformation on IG and TikTok about facial gua sha, so I've created a workshop for you to learn REAL facial Gua Sha and cupping from an acupuncturist.
Cupping and Gua Sha is part of Chinese medicine and has been used for thousands of years. It can be used all over the body to move stagnation, to encourage blood and Qi flow and more.
Using these techniques on the face provides overall wellness in addition to supporting cosmetic goals!
Facial cupping and Gua Sha is used to move blood and qi through the face, chin and neck. It's a natural way to relax the muscles, break up fascial adhesions and create more lift, sculpt and balance of the face.
I use facial cupping and Gua Sha to end every Deluxe Facial Acupuncture Session and I want to share these techniques with others to be able to do to themselves at home. I'll teach you the do's and don't's of facial cupping and Gua Sha (trust me, Tik Tok and IG influencers DO NOT have it all right), along with simply techniques you can incorporate into your beauty routine.

Please note: if you have filler in your face, we will avoid these areas while doing cupping & gua sha, as it's possible to move the filler. Please reach out to whoever did you filler injections if you're not sure exactly where you were injected.
