Join Linnea for a full evening of DIY self-care!We will make our own Herbal foot soaks and herbal clay masks (and soak for 15 minutes during a guided meditation with the masks on), and make our own essential oil blends as well.
You will learn about the benefits of the herbs and oils selected for each product, so you can choose exactly what you desire. You will leave with an herbal foot soak bundle pack, an herbal powder mask, and an essential oil roller to use at home. ?
We will sip on Herbal tea and end the evening with gentle stretching and lavender scalp massages for each participant.
