Carve out time for self-care amidst the hustle + bustle of the holiday season!You’re invited to join us Thursday, November 21, 6-7:30 pm, in Golden Leaf Studios' Community Space for our Self Care Club: Winter Watercolors, taught by Meghan Higle of Summer Crow Academy: The Self Care Club.
We’ll begin the evening with introspective journaling, then quiet our minds with a therapeutic winter-themed watercolor painting, soft music, + indulgent, piping hot tea. As you soak in the no-pressure atmosphere, take a moment to calm your mind with each brush stroke. This is a time to relax + recenter, so you can readily invest in the people + things that bring you joy!
