Keep Orlando Beautiful is celebrating Florida Climate Week by taking a break and resting in nature. Leave the climate anxiety at home and come out to Eagle Nest Park, one of Orlando's largest green spaces and a beautiful wetland habitat.
Eagle Nest Park
October 8, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Guided Walk kicks off at 6 p.m.
Enjoy a guided walk through the back loop towards Lake Fran. This walk will cover about a mile and is on an accessible paved path. We'll be on the look out for our native plants and wildlife found throughout the park. Our staff can also show you how to use the iNaturalist and Seek apps to help document plants and wildife for science!
Following the walk we will be hanging out with snacks, eco-themed coloring sheets, and spending time with our community that is passionate about the environment!
Don't leave without a FREE native plant! First come first serve.
