In Self-Care Snack Bonanza, you'll browse a creative "restaurant-style" menu of self-care exercises—each one designed to nourish your body, mind, or soul without requiring hours of your time or a trip to the spa.
We’ll bust a few common myths about what self-care really is (hint: it’s not selfish or indulgent), and then, as a group, you’ll get to order up three “snacks” to try during the session.
You’ll leave with new tools, fresh energy, and your own copy of the menu to take home for those days when you need a quick boost.
