SeleniumConf Chicago 2023

A conference that brings together Selenium developers & enthusiasts from around the world to share ideas, socialize, and work together on advancing the present and future of Selenium.

Workshops

All-day pre-conference workshops will take place on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. To participate in a workshop, you must buy a Conference + Workshop ticket.

Workshops announced to date include "Selenium Deep Dive" led by Titus Fortner, "Advanced Appium 2.0" with workshop leaders Sri and Srini, and "Driving Observability with Selenium Grid 4'' led by Manoj Kumar.

Conference

The full Conference will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, March 29th and 30th. 

Your conference ticket includes breakfast and lunch on both days, plus a welcome reception with drinks and hors-d'oeuvres on Wednesday night, March 29th. There are also reception breaks, networking opportunities, and some terrific swag!

Lodging

The conference venue includes two IHG hotel properties at the same location, the voco Chicago Downtown and the Holiday Inn Chicago Downtown. Special conference pricing is available through booking links on the SeleniumConf website - but hurry, the room block is limited. 

Refunds

Full refunds (minus a $30 processing fee) can be issued up to 50 days after you register, and it can take up to 30 days to process. Alternatively, if you purchased a ticket and are unable to attend you have the option to transfer it to someone else.

Attendee Substitutions

You may substitute a different attendee for your existing registration at any time before the start of the conference by emailing [email protected] with the person's name and email address you would like to send in your place.

Does my conference ticket get me access to workshops?

No. Workshops are quite limited on space and require a Conference + Workshop ticket type.

Is the speaker schedule posted yet?

Not as of yet, we anticipate announcing the full speaker line-up by the end of November, 2022.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There are multiple public and private transportation options available in downtown Chicago, including ride hailing apps. Paid parking is also available near the voco Chicago Downtown and the Holiday Inn Chicago Downtown.

What's the refund policy?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have an online record of your registration. 

Can I update my registration information?

You can update your registration info at any time, note however that changes made after March 20th may not be applied to information printed on your badge (first name, last name, company name). 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
