Rare & Relevant Recruitment is hosting an event to share new perspectives and techniques about the job interview process, including developing relevant selection criteria and strategies.
The workshop welcomes professionals in human resources, career coaching, recruitment and organizational leadership to join us for a day of discussion and exercises to audit for the best company criteria's.
Attendees will leave with a blueprint to assist the firm with finding the most compelling candidate for any role. We will assist you in identifying talent that will complement, compete, and complete your team.
Besides creating selection criteria that best aligns to your organizational needs.; we also address each attendees hand picked objectives at the session as well as in an optional follow up coaching session (online or onsite).
Fee: $110/per person, or $199/ for two participants, or $350/ for four participants
