About this Event

Hi I’m Da’Shana Secada!!

I’m a 32 year old Duval native. I have had the privilege to have been raised by a God fearing mother who has always exposed me to God and the beauty in Salvation. I was willingly baptized before my 13th birthday because even at a young age it was clear to me the importance of one day hearing “ Well done, Thy good and faithful servant.” We worship God not only with our hearts but also our bodies. Wellness is an act of Worship. It was important for me to cultivate a space for believers to join worship and MOVE!! Selah Stretch is a low impact workout beginner friendly meditative space. It is my prayer that you will leave this experience encouraged, motivated, and at peace.
