Selah is a holy pause to reflect on God’s truth, and then respond in worship.“Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)

Something powerful and exciting is coming for the women of Moss Bluff Pentecostal Church. On November 7th and 8th, we will gather at the beautiful Sam Houston Jones State Park for a time of Selah, to pause, reflect, and be renewed.

Selah Retreat is for ladies ages 18+

We are thrilled to announce our special guest speaker: Sarah Long from Houston, Texas! Sarah is a pastor’s wife originally from the Lake Charles area. She brings a powerful ministry of encouragement and a deep passion for God’s Word that will bless every woman who attends.

Friday evening will open the door to a weekend of rest, worship, and deep connection with God and one another.This event is for ladies ages 18 and up.

There is an option to stay overnight in the park’s charming brick cabins along the river. Spaces for overnight stays will be limited, and the only cost to attend will be for those reserving a room. General Registration is free! We just ask that you register so we can plan ahead and have an accurate count for attendance.

Note: There is a $3 per person entry fee into the park.
