Join us for a unique, 7 course Japanese-inspired beer dinner celebrating the release of Seko, our Dry Hopped Saison w/ togarashi, fresh ginger, mirin, and toasted rice.
Each course is designed to echo the beer’s balance of heat, umami, and fermentation—pairing Priory’s creative culinary touch with Vector’s lineup of ales and lagers.
This private event is on a Monday evening (when we’re normally closed to the public) to keep it an intimate and fun, learning experience.
