Bedford Drama Company is excited to announce the opening production of the 2025-2026 season, Seizing the Skies.
Seizing the Skies is a brand-new play written by Oscar Aleman and Richard Moon to commemorate the R101 airship disaster.
This October marks the 95th Anniversary of R101's ill-conceived flight from Cardington to Karachi.
It tells the story of the last great British airship, the people who flew in her, and the people who were left behind.
The play offers good female roles.
28 April 7.30pm Read-through/Workshop, The Place Theatre.
30 April 7.30pm Audition, The Place Theatre.
The Performance dates are 14 - 18 October.
