Gather with members of the agricultural and business community at Tattersalls Hotel and hear from local agribusiness leaders on how they are seizing opportunities in agriculture.

Keynote presentation and Q&A: Bert Glover, Founder and CEO USA, Impact Ag Partners

The morning will also reveal key findings from Precision Pastures’ Research and Development project, co-funded by MLA: ‘Grazing System Impact on Livestock Productivity, Soil Moisture, and Soil Organic Carbon, a five-year study culminating in November 2024.

Bert Glover, founder and CEO USA, Impact Ag Partners

As Impact Ag Partners’ founder, and CEO of it's US operations, Bert leads the firm’s investment in agriculture as a nature and climate solution across North America. With 30 years’ experience in agricultural production and investment at scale, Bert brings a unique and highly valued skillset to Impact Ag’s clients – unlocking the transition to nature-based solutions where planet and profits thrive. Co-founder of agricultural management software company, Maia Technology, Bert champions innovation, chairing InAg. tech and serving as a board director for six agricultural businesses in Australia and the USA.


Michael Crowley, Managing Director, Meat and Livestock Australia  

Michael brings over 20 years’ experience within the Australian Red Meat Industry holding a range of commercial positions in the meat & livestock industry including livestock procurement, processing, plant quality assurance, supply chain management, sales and marketing. Michael operated his own business marketing livestock, running beef processing for branded beef exporters and held his own meat export license. His family operate a stud and commercial beef cattle company in Northern New South Wales, Barraba.
