At this dance, we come together to seek the sacred. We hold sacred space for one another, honor the sacredness of our bodies in attunement to the music and energy we create, and cherish the sacredness of this time apart from the normal hustle and bustle of the everyday. Phone-free space. Bare feet or dance shoes, please. Move with your body, not your mouth. A safe and sacred space to explore and express yourself fully & freely. Kindly refrain from strong perfumes. All are welcome. No dance experience is necessary.
Parking Instructions: Please park at the upper lot and enjoy a short walk down to the studio (just a couple of minutes), in respect of our neighboring businesses. Reciprocity: $15-20
