A Practical Guide to Engaging MAGA Voters
Join us in person for a down-to-earth session where we'll explore how to connect and communicate effectively with MAGA voters. Whether you're curious or committed to bridging divides, this guide offers real tips and friendly advice. Don't miss out on this chance to understand different perspectives and make conversations count!
--
Expect a practical, grounded conversation about how to engage MAGA voters by understanding the emotional needs beneath the politics. We’ll explore why recognition often matters more than argument, and share strategies for building trust, lowering defensiveness, and opening the door to real persuasion.
Conversation will be led by Osahon Okundaye, a Brooklyn lawyer and writer trained in Sustained Dialogue by Hal Saunders, the diplomat who helped launch the Arab‑Israeli peace process. Osahon's approach to difference is informed by legal practice, psychoanalysis, critical theory, and everyday small talk.
