Seeds + Savasana: yogic healing and seed bomb creation

Celebrate Spring and planting new seeds of intention with Good Vibes Yoga Studio founder and creator Deonna Thomas and Marisol Auli of Future Farm Girl during this yogic healing and seed bomb creation experience. Seed bombs are inspired by guerilla gardening and the eco warriors whose goal it was to spread growing food and flowers in neglected communities, especially urban areas. The blossoming of the seed bombs spreads love and helps the environment by increasing oxygen and food production in areas that have little to no vegetation. We will begin our journey with a group oracle reading and intention setting meditation. Bringing movement to the body, Deonna will guide you through a heart opening slow flow yoga practice that deepens your connection to the Earth. Movement turns to stillness in a sound and reiki supported savasana. Upon awakening from this restful state Marisol will lead you in creating wildflower seed bombs that we will infuse our energy and intention into, spreading your love and light into nature, bombing and blossoming beauty into your community.

Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
