About this Event

Seeds of Stillness
Waxing Crescent Sound Bath

Step into a gentle pause as the new year continues to unfold.

Seeds of Stillness is a deeply restorative sound bath held inside the Labyrinth at Como Lake United Church — a meditative space designed for grounding, reflection, and quiet inner listening. During the Waxing Crescent Moon, this is a time for planting intentions softly, without pressure, and allowing what is emerging to grow at its own pace.

Practicing sound healing within a labyrinth enhances the experience, supporting energetic flow, presence, and a sense of being held. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and guided meditation, you’ll be gently guided into a relaxed state where the nervous system can slow, settle, and reset.

This is not about striving or fixing.
It’s about creating space —
for clarity to surface,
for the body to rest,
and for new intentions to take root naturally.

Come as you are.
Leave feeling grounded, calm, and quietly supported in the next phase of your journey.

During this experience, you will:

  • Release stress, tension, and emotional heaviness
  • Calm your nervous system and quiet the mind
  • Reconnect with your inner clarity and strength
  • Set grounded intentions for the new year
  • Experience deep rest and energetic renewal

No prior meditation experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow the sound to guide you.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and quietly reconnected to your inner peace — maybe even sleeping better that night.

✨ Bring: a yoga mat, blanket, and an open heart.
✨ Location: Como Lake United Church
✨ Time: Friday evening — your moment to unwind and recharge.

Come join us. You deserve this pause.
