Through slow, nourishing movement, guided reflection, and deep rest, you’ll explore themes of balance, emergence, and intention while supporting nervous system regulation and embodied awareness.

What to Expect

• Slow, accessible movement — gentle flows designed for all bodies, no prior experience needed
• Seasonal teachings — simple wisdom drawn from the Equinox and nature’s cycles
• Guided reflection — time to listen inward and connect with what wants to emerge
• Restorative & Yin integration — soothing poses and stillness to settle the nervous system
• A beautiful, nature-inspired intention-setting ritual to close the session (you’ll leave with a small, meaningful keepsake to plant and nurture at home)
