Experience a profound state of relaxation and renewal in this lovingly curated workshop designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. We'll begin with gentle movement to release tension and arrive. From there you will be guided into restorative yoga poses where you'll be fully supported by props to allow for deep rest. While in the poses you will marinate in the healing resonance of sound as Mira offers up meditative chants and songs accompanied by guitar and harmonium. The workshop will culminate in the deeply restorative and transformative practice of Yoga Nidra ~ a guided inner journey that takes you through each layer of your being where you will plant seeds of renewal and rest in the medicine of Presence.
Mira Devi is a seasoned yoga teacher, kirtan artist, and Ayurvedic practitioner who integrates the contemplative, healing, and performing arts through live chanting events, yoga workshops, Yoga Nidra journeys, and Ayurvedic body/mind therapies.
