Workshop includes a guided meditation to set powerful intentions for your life, all materials and tools needed to make your custom mala, instruction on how to make your mala as well as how to use it in your practices and a follow up packet with all the information from the class to help you remember what you have have learned. We will be harnessing the energy of renewal, walking with intention AND WE WILL HAVE FUN!
