Through the power of Breath and Sound, we will consciously connect to the energy that represents the sacred seeds, to plant what we desire most in life- lasting happiness, freedom from sorrow, and to experience the abundance of Life.
We will practice Conscious Connected Breath, a type of guided breathwork practice that offers access to unconscious material and non ordinary states in order to move through stuck energy and undischarged emotions stored in the body.

The breathwork practice will be led by Ivy Overby, a certified and trauma informed Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator.

The journey will include a Sound Experience by Megan Hubbell using Himalayan crystal singing bowls.
It will also include a curated Biocharger NG, a vital energies revitalization platform, session to enhance the field of energy.

Trauma Informed
NOTE :
-We will provide meditation mats, sleep masks, and bolsters, or you can bring your own.
-Bring a small pillow, blanket and water for your personal comfort
-Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
-It's preferable to not eat for at least 1 hour prior to the event.
-Please arrive 10 minutes early.
-No one will be let in once the journey begins.

-Schizophrenia, Bi polar, unmanaged PTSD
-Epilepsy
-Heart Conditions, pace maker, Arrhythmia, difibulator
-COPD or Lung conditions
-Delicate Pregnancy
-High blood pressure, Hypertension
-Low blood pressure or history with fainting
-Glaucoma/ detached retina
-Severe osteoporosis
-Recent major surgery or life event
-Metal plate in head area
-Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and/or diabetes
