En magisk mix och väv av dina livserfarenheter, livets alla möjligheter och din förmåga att välja var du riktar din närvaro och ditt fokus.
Det blir dans och rörelse, musik, meditation, ceremoni, firande, gemenskap, egentid, reflektion och kreativitet – allt i syfte att tydliggöra och landa i oss själva med klarhet och livskraft inför 2026.
✨ Seeds:
Frön innehåller potential – en ursprungsdesign till något som redan finns men ännu inte vuxit fram. Ett frö bär en hel framtid inom sig och behöver rätt näring, närvaro, omsorg och tid för att blomstra.
✨ Becoming:
Handlar om processen att bli – att utvecklas, växa in i sin egen takt och riktning. En dynamisk pågående rörelse till det vi är på väg att bli.
✨ De 5Rytmerna:
En kroppsbaserad, improviserad rörelsemetod utan steg eller koreografi. De 5Rytmerna grundar oss i kroppen och andningen, väcker liv, bjuder in till rörelseglädje och centrerar oss i nuet.

✨ Jonas:
Beteendevetare och utbildad av Gabrielle Roth, metodens grundare, vid Moving Center School i USA (2004).
Utbildad Open Floor-lärare (2015) och har studerat dans- och rörelseterapi vid Stockholms och Karlstads universitet.
Medlem i ICMTA och 5RTA – timmarna kan tillgodoräknas för den som planerar att gå 5Rytm-lärarutbildningen.

Welcome to a life-affirming and soulful New Year’s celebration in community — a time when yet another cycle comes to a close, and a new beginning unfolds.
For you who
Wish to reflect and integrate your insights from the experiences of the past year.
Wish to take time to give thanks and celebrate your life experiences from 2025 — everything from the wonderful to the challenging — with the intention of arriving fully in the present moment.
Wish to clarify your intentions and life-affirming qualities for the year ahead.
The days will include
A magical weave of your life experiences, life’s many possibilities, and your ability to choose where to direct your presence and focus. A calibration and reconnection with your inner life compass — and how to best use your inner resources to invite what you long for.
There will be dance and movement, music, meditation, ceremony, celebration, community, alone time, reflection, and creativity — with the purpose of grounding ourselves with clarity and vitality as we step into 2026.
Seeds
Seeds hold potential — a primal design for something that already exists but has yet to emerge. They contain a whole future within them, full of possibilities — and they need the right nourishment, environment, attention, care, and time to blossom and manifest.
Becoming
Is about the process of becoming — developing, growing at your own pace and in your own direction, vision, and dream. A dynamic, ongoing movement and unfolding toward what we are in the process of becoming.
