Seeds & Shadows is a 2.5-hour creative wellbeing session inspired by Spring, germination, and the seasonal wisdom of Imbolc-traditionally the time of the year that marks the liminal moment between Winter and Spring — when seeds are still hidden beneath the soil, nourished by darkness, patience, and quiet tending.
This session focuses on what needs care, warmth, and protection before it can emerge.. This gentle, reflective gathering explores what it means to nurture new beginnings before they are visible, honouring both hope and hesitation, light and shadow.
Through art prompts, symbolic creative activities, and group reflection, participants are invited to explore the “seeds” they are carrying — ideas, intentions, longings, or quiet stirrings — and consider what care, warmth, and protection they need in order to grow.

£15 exchange -there is a deposit for booking fee on this platform
so just email instead to avoid splitting the workshop cost.
Cash exchanges on the day are very welcome.
