About this Event
Welcome to our Seeds & Cycle Event!
We're back for a second year! Dip out of work a little early and join us for a native seed collecting and cycling event! Our partners from Wildlands Restoration Volunteers & The City of Fort Collins Nature in the City program will help satiate your nerdy plant heart by teaching us about the history of the two gardens we visit and teach us how to identify some of the native plants on site! We will then collect native seeds for a future seed swap event put on by the City.
Limited to 20 participants, snacks available. All bikes welcome, as we will be riding on mostly bike paths and lower traffic roads.
Queer+ Bikes is a queer-centered cycling and community group that creates a space for truly welcoming group rides in a social environment. Queer+ Bikes invites queer folks and allies who are committed to upholding safe space and welcomes all bodies, experiences, and genders on bikes! We value creating community just as much as we love riding bikes.
