The Seedling Giveaway will take place Saturday, Feb. 1 where 2,000 tree seedlings will be handed out by the Tyler Trees Committee at the CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances South Tyler location.During the annual event, free tree seedlings are given away on a first come, first served basis. This event is sponsored by CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System, ArborGen, and the Texas A&M Forest Service. Along with the seedlings, attendees will receive information on the species of their seedlings and proper planting information.
