Attendees will learn from UMN Master Gardener, Rachel Newman, about how to plant new seeds and can take home both an indoor and outdoor plant. Attendees will also engage in a guided discussion with opportunities to reflect on the new season, and partake in a one-hour sauna session with a guided portion. Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to cultivate growth in both your life and the world around you.
