Seed adaptation in our Colorado climate is crucially important. Many of our seeds are grown in climates that are very different in every way. From elevation to humidity, soil conditions to sun intensity the growing conditions of our seed stock are crucial for successful gardens.In this 3 hour class we will have a conversation about how we can grow climate adapted seeds, discuss seed saving methods and storage and practice processing a couple of different types of vegetables for saving the seed to be planted next season.
