Seed Saving for Beginners Workshop

This workshop will help participants learn the processes needed to successfully save seed for edible plants. The workshop is for beginner seed savers and will use a combination of theory, demonstration and hands-on practical seed saving so you can learn about:

- Growing and selecting plants for seed within your garden,
- How and when to harvest
- Processing methods for common vegetable seeds
- Storage and record keeping
- Participants with receive a hand-out to take home

Toni Remy is an experienced facilitator from Bega Valley Seed Savers, a vibrant community of volunteers saving local seeds of edible plants for the past 20 years.
