This isn’t your typical conference. In fact, we don’t consider it a conference at all. It's an immersive journey made up of one-of-a-kind experiences that connect you to a distinctly different crew of leaders. The diversity of the lived experiences, cultures & skills at the table help give rise to what we all have in common — a drive to leave the world better than we found it.
The uniqueness of See Change is in our community — from youth activists to bio-materials scientists to the legendary founder of Patagonia, a literal pirate (he’s a good guy), venture capitalists, Fortune 500 CEOs, filmmakers, professional big wave surfers.
Prepare yourself not just to challenge the status quo of our society, but also to challenge yourself and be challenged by others. Leave your business suit at home (do bring your swimsuit) and block out your calendar in order to best experience the event and take part in the magic that happens between the lines. Come curious. Come open. Why? 1. Why not? 2. We believe these uncommon collisions are a more productive, more inclusive, and flat out more interesting way to connect & innovate.
Forget traditional “networking” and look forward to building meaningful connections through outdoor experiences (built for all ability levels), culture-melding conversations, locally-sourced community meals, and more moments built to break down walls between you and a global crew of adventurous minds — moving seamlessly between indoor and outdoor settings in and around Hula’s sprawling 15-acre lakeside campus in Burlington, Vermont. As an optional registration path, join us for Adventure Day to go even deeper into the experience in a “wild” & “backcountry” sort of way. No matter what you choose, the food will be amazing. You’ll learn new things and how to re-contextualize the old. You will very likely dance.
