Ilene Richard is a fine art painter and children's book illustrator working out in the Berkshires in western Massachusetts. Her focus is figurative painting, but she also experiments with various other subject matter. Whether she paints in her graphic style or a more portraiture approach, Ilene uses wonderful color combinations to enhance her overall finished paintings. There is an excitement when visitors enter her studio at The Clock Tower in Pittsfield, MA. Her vast display of paintings keeps you finding new and exciting elements in her work. Always a fun place to visit during the Summer months.
