Theory of meditation and important points. An understanding of the meditational process and the benefits you can receive from the practice.
A simple Relaxation Exercise. Introduction to relaxation and its effects on us and our lives.
Explore Within. Advanced Relaxation Exercise. Meet your inner teacher and start your practice with the basics of meditation.
Deep Relaxation Practice. You will advance further your relaxation practice with new techniques to enhance the connection between your body and mind.
The Body - The Mind - The Higher Self Meditation. This meditation technique is designed to open the channels and merge your body, mind and higher self into one.
As Above so Below, As Below so Above. - Advanced Meditation Practice. An advanced technique to stimulate and sustain constant connection with your higher self in your life.
