Prepare to be Seduced by Hip Hop & R'n'B and spend your Saturday night doing something a lil different!

Come by yourself - you will make connections - or with your date, partner, besties, family for some creative fun!

We present to you a night where your favourite classic tunes inspire creative expression!

The venue - Upstairs at The Ritzy, is right in the heart of Brixton and easy to reach by public transport.

Our paint party aims to provide a dynamic evening of activity. Under the guidance of our co-founder & artists Salfreckles & Jay Da Creator, you’ll unleash your inner artist, painting along to the tunes that uplift and span generations.

Whether you’re a beginner or an art aficionado, the Seduced by Art team will be on hand to provide tips, hints, and artistic ideas to help build your skills whilst creating your very own artwork as the grooves flow.

All materials are provided, PLUS you get to take your masterpiece home with you !

Setting the musical tone will be award winning & original Choice FM presenter DJ 279, dropping a vibrant range of Hip Hop & R’n’B jams that’ll have you nodding to the beats as you stroke the canvas with your brush >> he is Mr Hip Hop, so we are in for a treat!

The venue’s cool Upstairs bar and balcony is the perfect spot to grab a drink, mingle, and soak up the creative energy ;p

And.... the fun doesn’t stop there—once the painting session wraps up, the party keeps going! Stick around, mingle and have a boogie at our afterparty until 1 AM.

What to Expect:

🎶 Hip Hop & R’n’B music all night spun by DJ 279's hands on the turntables🎨 A guided paint session 7-10pm with creative direction from Salfreckles & Jay da Creator🍹 The cool and cosy Upstairs Bar and balcony to hang out, drink, chat, and mingle, in an atmosphere that will transport you straight back to recreate those good times !🎉 A fun-filled evening where music and art fuse to create an uplifting experience 🎧

After we paint, we create a dancefloor and the party goes until 1 AM, as DJ 279 drops those classic tracks - plus he likes to introduce us to some newbies to expand our listening pleasure!!

Paint party spaces are limited...tickets discounted for the earlier birdies

OR if you're not in for the painting, there's plenty of room on the dancefloor, so join us later in the evening for a boogie with an 'Afterparty Only' Ticket

Upstairs' Bar will be open all evening for drinks and a catch up, and the dancfloor opens to all tickethoders at 10 once the paint session completes...

14 years + can attend the paint session 7-10pm, party from 10-1am is for 18 years+

Info: When you arrive at 7.00, grab yourself a drink at the upstairs bar if you wish, then head upstairs to the gallery space and settle yourself at an easel, Paints, brushes and canvas will be provided. You will be guided through the process by Salfreckles & Jay Da Creator, whilst DJ 279 plays the music to inspire your creation! Feel free to stay on and party from 10pm when the other ticket holders will join us in the gallery space....

Info: we will pack up the easels and collect your brushes etc, Bar staff will clear the tables away, so put your art to the side to dry off, grab a drink from the bar, and get that fancy footwork going... as DJ 279 takes us all the way to 1am....

Info: DJ 279 will continue spinning a lovely array of Hip Hop & RnB 80s, 90s, 00s old skool classics and nice newbies until 1am. If you wanted to arrive a little early, you can make your way to the Upstairs bar (follow signs heading up for screen 5), take a seat in the bar from 8pm onwards and enjoy the music with some drinks and a chat before you head up to the dancefloor when the paint party finishes at 10pm.....the party goes on until 1am
