Join us for a rejuvenating and enlightening experience at the Sedona Well-being Event in beautiful Sedona, AZ, USA. This in-person event is a must-attend for anyone seeking to enhance their overall well-being. Immerse yourself in a variety of activities designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul including gentle yoga, breathwork and meditation.

MODERATE ACTIVITY: This event is not suited for beginner hikers or anyone with physical limitations for hiking or sitting or being outdoor for long periods. This will be an outdoor event with a moderate (~35min with less than 1.5mi & 150ft elevation again) hike in the desert. Participants will be required to wear a back/daypack (due to narrow path) and bring at least 2 liters of water, a yoga mat and anything to make yourself comfortable for a 3+ hour outdoor experience. Event liability waiver will be emailed to ticket holders. Attendees are required to sign the waiver in order to participate.

Sunscreen and layered clothing recommended as we will be having the event rain or shine. There will be no bathrooms on-site. Ticket prices are discounted from regular rate with limited capacity.

Cancellation and refunds will be issued at least 24 hours in advance in the event of adverse or dangerous weather conditions
