The Sedalia Police Department is proud to partner with the Sedalia School District to bring Buckle Up Phone Down (BUPD) Day 2025 to our community.📅 Wednesday, October 29, 2025

📍 Smith-Cotton High School, 2010 Tiger Pride Blvd, Sedalia
Take part in hands-on safety activities, including:
- Walmart No-Zone Truck
- Seat Belt Convincer & Rollover Simulator
- Distracted & Impaired Driving Virtual Reality Simulator
- Pedal Karts with Fatal Vision Goggles
Attendees will also hear from national guest speakers Jacy Good & Steve Johnson, who have shared their powerful distracted driving story at more than 1,800 events across the country.
This event is part of a statewide effort led by MoDOT and the Missouri Coalition for Roadway Safety to encourage safer driving habits. Together, we can work toward the goal of zero traffic fatalities on Missouri roads.
