About this Event
Join Dr. Ann Kelley for a deep-dive discussion group on growing secure relationships. This group is for individuals, therapists and anyone interested in the topic. She will combine didactic and open discussions related to material covered in her book, Secure Relating: Holding Your Own in an Insecure World.
She will lead each session with a lively, short educational presentation and then facilitate the group to work together to apply the material with one another. Purchase and reading of the book is not required, but it is highly recommended to get the most out of the group experience.
This is different than Sue's reading group as we will focus primarily on material and discussions related to secure relating in self and all important relationships. Sue's small reading group will be focused on book material more process oriented.
