SfNP Autumn Seminar - 18th October 2024 @ City of Edinburgh Council Archives
This year's SfNP will focus on creating exhibitions using archival collections alongside a chance to network with fellow members! This event is open to all and is free of charge.
The event will consist of three speakers who will cover a range of topics relating to putting on exhibitions using archival material followed by a tour of the City of Edinburgh Council Archives before networking at a local pub nearby.
This event will be a hybrid event to ensure we can accomidate as many members as possible, please select either an in-person or online attendance ticket when signing up. A link will be sent out at a later date for those attending online.

14:15: "Planning and delivery of Edinburgh 900 Project: How Archival Material is Being Used to Support this Celebration" - Ashleigh Thompson, Records & Archives Officer at the City of Edinburgh Archives.
14:35: "The Conservators Role in Exhibition Preparation and Install" - Hazel de Vere ACR, Book and Paper Conservator at National Records Scotland.
