Join Dr. Shea Watts this fall on Monday nights, as he teaching secrets of the gospel.
The word secret, here, is not meant to be a gimmick, or to overpromise and underdeliver. Simply put, a secret is something undisclosed or not widely known. In that sense of the word, we will be diving into the Gospel accounts.
We will consider things such as context, historical background, authorship, and processes of canonization. We will ask questions about how scripture became scripture and why these texts continue to be relevant today.
We will start with an overview and then move to a gospel by gospel study. We will end by moving from the biblical to the theological, from the text to application or interpretation of the text.
