ABOUT THE AUTHORKevin Thaddeus Fisher-Paulson first studied writing at the University of Notre Dame, with subsequent coursework at the University of Iowa and the University of Oregon. He has produced work with the National AIDS Theater Festival as well as the ODC Next Wave Festival. Kevin contributes irregularly to the National Public Radio Perspective Series and has written a weekly column for the San Francisco Chronicle for the past eight years. He has authored three books, the first of which was a triple finalist in two independent publishing competitions, including the Benjamin Franklin award. When not writing, he serves as a Chief Deputy with the San Francisco Sheriff’s Office. Kevin lives in a bright blue bungalow in the Outer, Outer, Outer, Outer Excelsior neighborhood of San Francisco with his husband Brian, his two sons Zane and Aidan, and two watchful rescue dogs.
