Established in 2008, The Secret Improvisors Club has been setting the standard for forward-thinking jazz in Liverpool for nearly two decades. What started as a wild experiment has become a Friday night institution — unpredictable, electric, and proudly off-script.
There’s no set list, no rehearsed routine — just Liverpool’s best musicians tearing it up, feeding off the room, and taking the music wherever it wants to go. One moment soulful, the next chaotic — always alive.
Add to that Frederiks’ signature cocktails, a crowd that knows how to make a night of it, and that unmistakable Hope Street energy — and you’ve got the only place to be on a Friday.
