Hi friends! I am thrilled to be teaming up with Alissa (former owner of Pavement) to host a very special Secret Garden Party + Bundle Dye Workshop! Escape with us to a hidden oasis nestled in the heart of Squirrel Hill. Indulge your senses with the rich flavors of fall, create wearable art with a palette of autumnal plants, and unwind in the charming garden and historic cottage of an 1870s farmhouse.
During this enchanted afternoon retreat, you’ll mindfully forage flowers, nuts, and other plant matter throughout the garden. These collected treasures will then be used to create beautiful botanical impressions on handwoven silk scarves.
As your scarves undergo their magical transformation in the dye pot, savor a selection of homemade seasonal snacks and refreshing libations. Find a cozy nook or a friendly face to engage in delightful conversation and relaxation.
You’ll depart with a stunning bundle-dyed scarf, a wealth of workshop materials, recommendations for further exploration in natural dyeing, and a truly unforgettable experience.
No prior experience is needed. All are welcome!
