SECRET FOREST...
...is a hommage to nature.
A remembrance of where we all come from.
Somewhere between the trees, where the oldest rhythm still pulses.
In the roots, in the soil, in the air - we gather.
We move.
We feel.
We expand.
We listen.
And suddenly, you let yourself fall into the softest moss you could ever imagine. So soft, you barely notice you’ve already arrived.
We're taking you with us - out of the everyday, into a forest by the city river's edge. To a spot you don't know yet.
DEEP IN THE WOODS is an invitation to reconnect with yourself - and with nature - through cacao, movement & sound. All as old as we are. All here to remind you: the earth carries you. It always has.
We begin with a warm, heart-opening cacao and gentle movement to arrive in the body. From there, we dive together into a sound bath with crystal singing bowls & gong - surrounded by trees, under open sky.
From a state of presence, sound can travel deep — through the nervous system, the body, and cellular memory.

👉 To secure your spot, a deposit of 11,11€ is paid via Eventbrite. The remaining amount is paid on site. Your deposit will be deducted from your total. After booking you’ll receive all details & the exact meeting point via DM.
GOOD TO KNOW
- We meet at 7:45 PM at the meeting point - from there we walk together to the spot. Please be on time, we start as a group!
- Bring a yoga mat, a blanket to lie on & a blanket to cover yourself - we're outside on the ground, make yourself comfortable!
- Warm clothes & warm socks - we're outdoors
- Sturdy shoes for the walk to the spot
- Bring enough water or tea - feel free to bring something to share with the group
- We're in the forest - tick & insect repellent recommended!
- The exact meeting point & all details will be sent after booking via DM
HEALTH NOTES
- Sound Bath: not recommended in cases of epilepsy or acute mental health crises, or during the first trimester of pregnancy.
- Cacao: if you are pregnant, please enjoy only a small sip rather than a full cup.
- If you are unsure, please consult your doctor before attending.
