Summary
This course is suitable for new and aspiring science subject leads and focuses on developing essential skills of leadership in secondary science, such as creating a vision, building teams and leading change. The progression to leading curriculum development and teaching and learning within a department is explored as well as providing practical ideas to support workload of science leaders.

- Wednesday 20th November - 3.30pm-5.30pm - Delivered remotely.
- Thursday 12th December - 9am-4pm - Siemans, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 2UR
- Monday 13th January - 3.30pm-5.30pm - Delivered remotely.
Plus gap tasks.
