Join us at the Betty Mae Kramer Gallery & Music Room on the second Wednesday of each month for an evening of jazz! This month's artists feature trumpeter, composer, jazz historian and author Muneer Nasser, and pianist Minh Vo.
Admission is FREE but advanced registration is required due to limited capacity. Kindly be aware that reservations are limited to 2 tickets per person. For group reservations, feel free to contact us directly at [email protected].
Jazz at the Kramer is presented by Paul Carr's Jazz Academy of Music in partnership with the Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County and curated by Paul Carr.

Muneer Nasser’s life and work encompasses an inspiring journey through the world of jazz, marked by deep family roots, invaluable mentorship, and a diverse array of musical experiences across different genres.

Minh Vo
Minh Vo is one his generation’s leading pianists in the Maryland and D.C. area. After turning 13 years old, his father introduced him to the local jazz scene and was fortunate enough to be nurtured and mentored by locals Michael Price, Eric Byrd, and Paul Carr. Known for his deep rooted yet contemporary musical language and unique compositions, Vo takes significant influence from Herbie Hancock, Kenny Kirkland, Mulgrew Miller, and Oscar Peterson.
