We're bringing back a Center tradition: the Second Saturday Book Arts Series. These three- to four-hour work-along sessions often involve creating a book structure or providing a hands-on demonstration of a bookmaking or printing technique.
Join Center book artist Lyall Harris on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Noon when you'll explore multiple single-sheet structures including zine variations and several no-sew/no-glue bindings.
Second Saturday Workshop: Single-Sheet Structures Extravaganza

- Location: Virginia Center for the Book at the Jefferson School City Center
- Class Size: Limited to 10 participants
- Skill level: Beginner (Measuring, Cutting, Folding Paper)
- Materials and tools: All materials provided with tools available for in-class use
