Drum circles have a long tradition in many different cultures. There have been proven health benefits to drumming, including a sense of community, decrease in stress, and improved immunity. This a part of the Seaside Merchants SECOND SATURDAY event! Walk down the street afterwards and check out the pop-up vendors!Shirley McClure will lead drummers of all levels. There is no such thing as making a “wrong” sound, so don’t be shy. Please join us. Instruments are provided, if you do not have a drum.
