❓FAQ:
✍️ Does this event need registration?
Yes! From 10:00 to 12:35, only visitors who have received a confirmation email with a time slot can attend. From 13:30 to 15:00, the event is open to everyone. No registration needed.
🕕 When does the registration link open?
The registration link will be published on Monday, 5th of January, at 16:00. Please remember this is just to pre-register, and you need to wait for a confirmation from us to see if you actually got a time slot. The link will be open for 48 hours, so you don’t have to be fast in filling out the form. Please take your time filling it out with a working email address and correct information, and make sure to read the event guidelines carefully. Kindly check your junk or spam folder for the confirmation email.
📩 What happens after I register?
We will close the link, and the available slots will be assigned to the applicants. Every applicant who has registered with a working email receives an email from [email protected] latest by Friday. The email either confirms the timing of the slot or informs them they did not get a slot. A confirmation email is for visiting ReStore during the assigned time slot only.
🤔 Why is there a registration for this event?
We are happy that so many people would like to visit ReStore! To make sure that many people can get what they need, we have implemented this registration system. In addition, please consider your fellow visitors: Have you been to ReStore before? Could it be that somebody else needs your spot more?
😔 What if I don’t get a timeslot this time?
You can still visit us from 13:30 to 15:00 during the unlimited timeslot. We may plan more opening days during the semester, depending on our volunteers availability. So stay tuned for more information!
🚲 Will there be any bikes?
No, this opening is only for household items. Stay tuned for updates we share from ReSykkel.
🛏️ Will there be any mattresses?
No, but please stay tuned for more details.
🚚 Is there any delivery available for large items?
No, we can’t offer delivery. However, you may find new friends while asking someone to help you carry a couch.

We're still looking for volunteers to help in preparations and assist on the Opening Days. Sign up as a volunteer and be part of making this event possible!

🏠 Need something after the Opening?
Visit Hytta for smaller furniture and kitchen items. Kindly avoid moving donations on the ReStore porch or around the building, as it creates extra work for our volunteers and makes them redo what they have already organized.
