Second Public Workshop for Land Development Code Update Oct. 13

The City of Pensacola will hold a public workshop Oct. 13, offering the public an opportunity to provide feedback on the first draft of the updated Land Development Code.
The LDC governs zoning, development review, subdivisions, parking, landscaping and more, shaping how our city grows and evolves. Residents, property owners, and any other stakeholders who use the LDC are encouraged to join us and share their opinions at this public event.
Public Workshop Date: Monday, Oct. 13
Time: 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Location: Pensacola City Hall, Hagler-Mason Conference Room, 222 Main St.
The city will also host an Open House the following morning, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Sept. 14, at the same location to answer additional questions and comments.
