Live Longer, Stronger & Happier. This Summit will share cutting edge research into how our gut acts as a 2nd Brain. What you eat matters!
About this Event

Food for Thought

DYK The gut has its own nervous system and that what YOU eat can affect how you feel? That's why it's also referred to as our 2nd brain.

Have you ever eaten chocolate and felt amorous? :)

The research on the gut-brain connection is fascinating! It's still in its infant stages, but there is growing evidence that this connection plays an important role in overall health and physical and mental well-being.

Research is showing that the gut is so much more than a long tube that collects food and removes waste. Studies show it can affect how we feel and even think.

Did you know that the gut-brain connection affects:

1.How we process pain

2.Our Mood (affecting whether we feel anxious, depressed, stressed, irritated). Do you experience HANGER (angry or irritable when you're hungry)?

3.Cognition

Additionally, studies have shown that probiotics (live bacteria that are beneficial to health) can improve mood and cognitive function in healthy people.

Join us for The Second Annual Holistic Health Summit in Tampa, Florida, a groundbreaking conference on the gut-brain connection, where leading scientists and practitioners will share the latest research and insights on this emerging field.
