Join us for the Second Annual Hole Out Fore Heath Golf Tournament, benefitting the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics (FAST). FAST is dedicated to a cure for Angelman Syndrome, a rare neurogenetic condition our 4 year old son Heath lives with. Angelman Syndrome causes developmental delays, motor and balance issues, intellectual disabilities, severe speech impairment and seizure sand more. FAST's goal is to drive forward transformative research and development programs as quickly as possible for those living with Angelman syndrome. Multiple treatments are currently in clinical trials with many more in the pipeline.
